SCHOLARSHIP FOR TALENTED STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN “READY TO WORK” PROGRAM

PREPARING FOR CAREERS IN THE FIELDS OF FINANCE - ACCOUNTING - AUDITING - TAXATION

1. Benefits of Participating in the Program

This is currently the only program where students are guided and directly involved in practical tasks related to each profession within projects in the training program. Emphasizing practical focus – enhancing skills and work experience.

The training program is designed by a team of experts from the United States with many years of practical experience and great success in the field. It helps students adapt to working environments both domestically and internationally, while also improving their English proficiency in reading documents and conversing with advisors.

Improving and enhancing professional skills and soft skills. Essential factors to ensure high efficiency in work and build good professional relationships.

 

2. Program Content

Duration: 9 sessions (3 sessions/week, on Wednesday evening, Friday evening (18:00 – 19:30), and Saturday morning (9:00 – 10:30)

Field experience in this scholarship program: Tax accounting

Specific project: Reviewing all records, ledgers, and documents for 3 years of operations of a foreign-invested trading company to propose reasonable adjustments to achieve the best tax benefits under Vietnamese tax law for the purpose of tax settlement upon dissolution of the company.

Participation content:
Part 1: Understanding the industry and basic specialized knowledge to be able to participate in the project under the guidance of advisors.
Part 2: Implementing the project with the advisor team.
(Understanding the scope of work for that position. Practicing, experiencing, and accumulating experience).

 

3. Scholarship Information & Admission Requirements:

Scholarship information: 100% – 10 slots. Total Scholarship Value: 100,000,000 VND (One hundred million Vietnamese dong)

Admission requirements:

  • Round 1: Completing a knowledge and skills test from JM
  • Round 2: Group interview (members of the group will be randomly assigned by JM)
  • Round 3: Individual interview

Registration period: April 30th – May 15th, 2024

Registration fee: 100,000 VND/person. The participation fee aims to demonstrate a serious and responsible commitment to the program.
