Juvenis Maxime, established in 2021, is an academy specializing in providing high-quality, practical, creative, and engaging career projects related to the Exploration, Orientation, and Development of an international career path for young individuals aspiring to succeed in their future careers. This program is tailored for middle school, high school and university students. The program will be launched and supervised by a team of foreign experts with extensive practical experience and a highly successful track record in their respective fields.

As such, we are looking for outstanding university students studying Information Technology; Finance; Business Management & Administration; Marketing & Sales; Law; Human Services; Health Science;, Architecture & Construction; Transportation & Logistics; Education & Training; Hospitality & Tourism, to be our career instructors to join our team and guide our students (secondary school age) in exploring careers, including general knowledge and skills in the career. Your expertise and experience will help our students understand and raise loving with their following careers in the future.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be able:

• - Train student/ small group of students with technical knowledge & skills to finish simulation job project or the US CTE program under the guidance of expert mentor.
• - Participant in the training session led by JM's expert mentor team.
• - Participate in building up the simple career simulation project.
• - Participate in monitoring students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them overcome challenges and improve their performance.
• - Provide ongoing support by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering advice throughout our student's career exploration phase.

• - Student - Year 3, 4 or Fresh graduated
• - GPA is excellent (>8.0/10)
• - English competency: Native/ Fluent
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and guide individuals.
• - Well-grounded problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to apply in instructing students.
• - Experience in mentoring, tutoring or any kinds related to teaching is an advantage.
• - Empathy and a genuine commitment to the well-being and success of students
